This painting was created during an art street fair on a hot summer day. The paint was drying almost as fast as it was going on the canvas. The fast drying created great textures. Some of those textures created what felt like rocks and fallen logs in and around a shallow stream. A Wadi is a dry creek bed, hence the title of this piece.
